Award from the ACMQ for the Optimization of an Innovative Technology, a project to redirect P4-P5 patients from hospital emergency rooms to regional medical clinics

Introduction of the new ACCESS20 mobile service that informs patients of delays in their clinic in order to aim at a maximum waiting time of 20 minutes. Already active in 10 clinics, this innovation is supported by the artificial intelligence world guru Yoshua Bengio, founder of MILA. This premiere attracted the attention of the US media giant Bloomberg, as well as international media, including Vietnam, among others
