I’ve never used the Uno service before. How do I go about requesting an appointment?
If you attend a clinic in particular or have a family doctor, Uno, Bleen’s free online appointment request service may be available at your regular clinic. Through this service, you can either request a walk-in appointment or plan a scheduled appointment with your doctor. Click here to request an appointment.

Am I guaranteed an appointment after I submit a request?
No. The clinic is ultimately responsible for assigning appointments once patients submit a request online. If the clinic refuses your appointment request, you will receive an email notifying you of this refusal along with the reason for the refusal if the clinic specified one.
How will I know if I’ve been assigned an appointment?
You will receive an email once the clinic assigns you an appointment.
In the case of a scheduled appointment with your doctor, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 to 72 hours.
In the case of a walk-in appointment, you will receive a confirmation email within 23 hours.
How can I be sure that the appointment was booked under my name?
All the information relevant to your appointment will be detailed in the confirmation email.
How do I cancel my appointment?
You must call the clinic directly in order to cancel your appointment.

It is possible to register more than one person for the same appointment?
An appointment is only valid for one person. Once you are allocated an appointment, you can contact the clinic and ask whether the doctor would accept seeing more than one patient at that time.
Can I choose the date of my appointment?
You can’t choose the date; however, when you complete an appointment request, you can identify which days and periods of the day suit you best (ex.: Monday PM, Thursday AM, etc.). Your clinic will assign you an appointment based on these preferences.
Can I complete the registration process for another person?
Of course! You simply need to enter the information of the person who needs to see a doctor (name, health card number, etc.).

How do I cancel my appointment?
There are 2 ways to cancel your appointment:
Look for the hyperlink in the email you received after requesting an appointment and click on the link to cancel your appointment. If you can’t find that email, take a look in your spam folder.
OR
Wait for the reminder call you will receive approximately 60 minutes before your appointment and follow the instructions to cancel it.

Which clinics are part of the Bleen network?
There are Bleen clinics in most areas of the Quebec and Ontario provinces. Their names, however, remain undisclosed to avoid any overcrowding.
If you conduct an online search and book a consultation on the Bleen website, you will have access to the clinic’s information (address, phone number, how to get there) once your payment is completed.
Can I search for a next-day consultation?
The consultations offered to you are first and foremost for the same day of your search. Some clinics may offer next-day consultations, but these usually become available in the evening, when no consultations for that day are left.
I already paid for my online search, but I can’t remember the time of my consultation and/or the name of the clinic. How can I get this information?
Your transaction and consultation information are first displayed on your screen once your payment is completed. A few minutes after the transaction, we will send you a confirmation email with that same information. If this email is not in your inbox, take a look in your spam folder.
Why am I being refused a search if I already have a consultation booked within the next 24 hours?
The system does not authorize the search for a second consultation when you already have one scheduled at your clinic. Health card numbers are monitored to prevent any abuse. Check your email inbox to locate the confirmation email that details all necessary information for the consultation you already reserved.

Finally, if no consultation is available, the system makes one final attempt by checking all the clinics affiliated to the Family Health Group your clinic belongs to.
